PRESS CERAMICS
Lithium Disilikat pressed ceramic

Lithium Disilikat - the high-tensile pressed ceramic!

  • 420 Mpa flexural strength

  • natural aesthetics

  • precisely fitting with excellent surface quality

Blank concept with maximum efficiency for the dental laboratory

Aesthetics

Due to the natural translucency and fluorescence of the conceptPress lithium disilicate press ceramic, outstanding aesthetic results are achieved with the layering, staining and cut-back technique.

Stackable pellets

The optimal use of material due to the combinability of the stackable blanks reduces cost-intensive press residue losses in the form of the press cone. The material costs for the laboratory are significantly reduced, above all by using the 2 g pellets when pressing 1-2 units.

Strength

With a strength of 420 MPa, lithium disilicate is the most stable pressable full-ceramic on the dental market. Dentist, dental technician and patient benefit from the stability and security of these modern pressable ceramics.

Biocompatibility

Metal freedom and only natural material components guarantee absolute oral and mucous membrane compatibility and biocompatibility.

Versatile range of indications

Whether inlays, onlays, single crowns, veneers, three-unit bridges* or individual hybrid abutments - almost the entire spectrum of dental work in the laboratory can be covered with conceptPress lithium disilicate.

*Brücken bis zum zweiten Prämolaren als distalen Pfeilerzahn. - Bridges up to the second premolar as a distal abutment tooth..

Accurate fitting

Many years of experience in the field of pressed ceramics and perfectly matched system and material components guarantee smooth surfaces and perfect fits. This means consistently convincing results and enormous time savings.

The blank concept - blanks in three levels of opacity

The conceptPress blanks are available in three different opacities or translucencies. The selection of the blanks depends on the type of restoration, the clinical conditions in the patient's mouth and the processing technique used by the dental technician.

All blanks are optimally matched in terms of color to achieve the individual tooth shades from A1 to D4. Whether layering technique, staining technique or cut-back technique - the combination of staining and layering technique: with the help of the detailed shade assignment tables, the dental technician always reaches the desired goal with certainty.

More Highlights

ConceptPress is a ceramic material with natural fluorescence. In this way, conceptPress pressed ceramic corresponds to the optical properties of a natural tooth, even in a difficult, very poorly lit environment.

Due to the low viscosity of conceptPress, the pressing time and thus the formation of a reaction layer on the surface of the pressed object is reduced to a minimum. This process is supported by the ADVANCED PRESS technology in the ZUBLER VARIOPRESS 330 ceramic press furnace.

conceptPress Anterior Pellets

Veneers | Inlays/onlays/ partial crowns | crowns | tripartite bridges

The anterior blanks close an application gap between the Dentin and IntensivDentin series. In addition to an accentuated
opacity, they have a significantly increased brightness value and are used in the layering technique after applied cut-back in the front tooth area.

conceptPress D Pellets

Veneers | Inlays/onlays/ partial crowns | crowns | tripartite bridges

This level of translucency is available in the 16 Vita shades (A1 to D4) and three bleach shades (BL1 to BL3) and is suitable for both the layering and staining technique. The dentine blanks impress with their natural brightness and coloring, translucency and fluorescence and prevent the restoration placed in the mouth from turning gray.

conceptPress CT Pellets

Veneers | Inlays/onlays/partial crowns

Due to their high translucency, the CT blanks (CT1-CT3) are perfectly suited for the production of restorations such as inlays and onlays. The subtle coloring in the basic shades of the Vita shade system ensures perfect adaptation to the natural tooth.

conceptPress D Pearl

Veneers | crowns | tripartite bridges

Due to their light-optical properties, these opalescent blanks (Pearl 1-3) are perfect for the production of non-prep veneers and minimally invasive preparations. The number 1-3 indicates the increasing degree of the opalescent effect.
