Now we have almost completed this task: Authentic will now be one of the first pressable ceramic systems on the market, with which it is possible to make fully ceramic bridges that will truly withstand the high constant forces in the mouth.

We are using the Wolceram System which - with the help of electroplating - can produce copings and bridges with up to 4 units. Up to this date, this is surely the best and most accurate way to produce frames in aluminum oxide. The machinery uses a principle similar to that of galvanic devices. By making the dies conductive it is possible to get an exactly defined thickness of the copings. In contrast to ground parts it is possible to produce precise crowns even on the thinnest dies.
