VarioPress 300 Flexring system

Fabricating wide-span ceramic bridges using the pressing technique requires uniform heating of the areas where the pressing objects are invested. The geometry of the new VarioPress 300 Flexring system has been designed to accommodate more extensive maxillary and mandibular restorations while limiting the amount of investment compound to 300 g. Its optimized shape facilitates accelerated heat uptake in the regions where the objects are invested, while at the same time reducing the amount of investment compound near the ingot sprue to a minimum.
The system consists of three different silicone molds, i.e. one maxillary and one mandibular arch plus one cylindrical shape. The ingot sprue former is designed to accommodate 5 g sprues.
Important note: The VarioPress 300 Flexring muffle can only be used in VarioPress 300 and only in conjunction with the appropriate pressing table and insert.
