Pulse ZR pressable ceramics (press and layer)

The leucite-free feldspathic Pulse ZR pressable ceramic material with a coefficient of thermal expansion of 9.5 µm/m · K (25–500°C) has been developed for overpressing zirconia frameworks. Low working temperatures and optimal flow properties reduce thermal stress within the frameworks to an inevitable minimum. This range includes 16 Vita dentin shades and three special shades (SL A0, SL A00 and SL B0). The zirconia framework is first fired with a liner, then overpressed and finally customized using Pulse ZR veneering ceramics. Pulse ZR pressable ceramics may not be used as a stand-alone material for frameworks.

Pulse ZR Interface pressable ceramics (press and stain)

The Pulse ZR Interface pressable ceramics let dental technicians enjoy all the advantages of the Interface technique even when veneering zirconia frameworks. The newly developed opalescence base glass ceramic materials exhibit their full natural brilliance, With the innovative base material used helping avoid, to a very large extent, the feared “greying” or “glazing” effect.
A total of 5 ingots for 16 shades plus the fluorescent Pulse AL/ZR stains make for ceramic system where a minimum of material and time conference into top-quality restorations.
