Pulse ZR layering ceramics
The newly developed Pulse ZR ceramic veneering material has a chemical composition that sets new standards in dental ceramics. Its leucite-free microstructure remains nearly unchanged during firing cycles, preventing the uncontrollable dimensional changes that so often result in chipping or cracking in conventional ceramics. Opalescence additives integrated into the base components make for remarkable brightness of the material while still ensuring adequate translucency.
Dentins and opaque dentins in 16 Vita shades, incisal, transparents and opals comprise a product range that meets all the requirements of present-day veneering techniques for custom dental restorations on zirconia frameworks. The Pulse ZR layering ceramics is compatible with all Pulse ZR pressable ceramics.
Pulse ZR 3-16 layering ceramics
Only 3 ceramic powders for 16 shades!
The revolutionary 3-16 technique greatly assists dental technicians in building up crown and bridges veneers on zirconia frameworks. Once the framework has been fired with Pulse ZR Liner, the technician can build up the veneer to its full anatomic contour using a single ceramic material. Even if material has to be added or subtracted after firing, there will be no resulting discrepancies in shade. The definitive custom shade is created at the end of the process. Once stained with AL/ZR stains, this type of ceramic restoration is almost impossible to distinguish from a conventionally layered restoration.
